Väike veinimaja J.CHARPENTIER asub 15 km.Epernay`st. Perefirma omab 15 ha veiniaedu (12 Cru-d) Champagne piirkonna südames.Veini valmistamisel kasutatakse kolme viinamarja: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier ja Chardonnay, mis pärinevad Cru aedadest. Charpentieris kasutatakse vaid hoolikalt valitud veiniaedade saaki. Viinamarjad korjatakse käsitsi kuni nad on saavutanud optimaalse küpsusastme ning kasutatakse väga loodussõbralikku valmistusviisi.

Charpentier Rose Brut on valmistatud 80% Pinot Meunier ja 20% Pinot Noir viinamarjast,mis pärinevad seitsmest Cru aiast ning on kahe aastakäigu veinide segamise tulemus. Dosage on 5,7 grammi liitri kohta. Veini silmatorkav rosé värvus saadakse lisades baasveinile 8-11% ulatuses punast veini,mis on pärit vanadest veiniaedadest.

Shampanjat iseloomustab ilus, kauakestev mull.Aroomi- ja maitsebuketis on tunda värskeid marju (kirss, mustsõstar). Maitse on hästi tasakaalus, rikkalik ja pehme.

Sobib väga hästi aperatiiviks, hea kaaslane eelroogadega ja erinevate salatitega, põnev kombinatsioon lambalihaga, magustoitudega (punaste marjade baasil valmistatud). Serv.temp.7-8`C.
